Refunds

At Lunoxcore, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or style/size preferences due to hygiene reasons. Please review your order and choose your size carefully according to our size guide before completing your purchase. However, our policies do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the product you receive is damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a return, repair, or replacement.

If your item arrives damaged or not as ordered, please contact us without delay at hello@lunoxcore.com. We strive to resolve any issues promptly, ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.

To qualify for a return in cases of damage or incorrect delivery, please ensure that:

• The item is in the same condition as when it was received.
• It remains unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice number) is provided.

All returns require prior approval. Before sending anything back, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue to receive authorization. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions.

Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of your return once we receive the returned item.
